ÌýEach month, we recognise a group of outstanding students who have demonstrated an exceptional commitment to their learning.

Whether they are balancing study alongside work, family commitments, or other responsibilities, these students have gone above and beyond in their training. Their dedication, perseverance, and positive attitude are a testament to what can be achieved through consistent effort.

Our Student of the Month Awards celebrate learners across a range of study areas, recognising those who have shown outstanding progress, engagement, and commitment throughout the month.

Lara Ferris,

Employed by Gus Farland Solicitors

Lara isÌý awarded for demonstrating strong knowledge and understanding of preparing and maintaining legal documents, as well as conducting legal searches, through the Legal Documents and Searches assessment. Her work reflected attention to detail and a practical understanding of key legal administration processes.

Tiffany Prout

Employed by Parkes Shire Council

Tiffany displayed a strong understanding of developing and maintaining effective business relationships. Throughout her assessment, Build Strong Business Relationships, Tiffany's responses reflected an understanding of professional communication and relationship management.

Certificate IV in Business (Business Administration) (BSB40120)

Curtis Ware

Employed by Aboriginal Employment Strategy

In the assessment 'The Chain of Responsibility Obligation', Curtis provided excellent practical examples that reflected a clear understanding of Chain of Responsibility requirements and a commitment to applying these obligations in the workplace.

Kirby is recognised for demonstrating a clear understanding of preparing different types of budgets, applying accuracy, attention to detail, and sound financial knowledge throughout the Budgeting assessment.

Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping (FNS40222)

Luke Addicott

Employed by MEGT - VIC

Luke displayed sound knowledge and capability in configuring and applying network protocols within a network environment. The work reflected technical proficiency and attention to detail throughout the Networking - Configure Internet Protocols assessment.

Jenelle He

Employed by Transport for NSW

Jenelle has shown an excellentÌý understanding of applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills in business situations, while effectively addressing key communication strategies and decision-making processes through collaboration with others. Her responses were clear, supported by relevant workplace examples, and reflected effective use of the Matrix throughout the Making and Communicating Good Business Decisions assessment.
