Traineeships

Traineeships

Traineeships aren't one-size-fits-all. There are several pathways available to match your business goals, whether you are hiring fresh talent or upskilling a loyal team member.

New Entrant Traineeships

We hold government contracts in NSW, ACT, TAS, and SA that provide eligible staff with subsidised—and often fee-free training.

To secure this funding, the formal Training Contract must be signed within strict state timelines.

To qualify as a "new entrant," full-time employees must have their contract signed within 90 days of their start date, while part-time employees have up to 12 months.

This pathway allows your team to earn a salary while gaining a nationally recognised qualification, making it a highly cost effective way to build your workforce.

Existing Worker Trainees

If your business operates in the ACT, Tasmania, or South Australia, you can access generous government subsidies to upskill your current team with ACCM.

While other states (including NSW) treat existing worker training as a commercial fee-for-service arrangement, these specific regions actively fund programs to help you grow your internal talent.

An "Existing Worker" is any staff member employed with you for over 3 months full-time or 12 months part-time.

School Based Traineeships

School-based traineeships are an exceptional pathway for high school students to jumpstart their careers while finishing their senior schooling.

We specialise in delivering highly valued Business and Information Technology (IT) qualifications that equip young learners with critical modern workplace skills.

To establish a successful school-based training contract, the program simply requires a clear career goal from the student, an supportive employer, and structured coordination with the student's school and guardians.
