The support you receive

ACCM helps you succeed by pairing you with a dedicated Student Training Adviser who will guide your learning journey.

Backed by a wider team of industry experts, your adviser ensures you always have real-world support at every step.

Our learners consistently praise their advisers for their exceptional ability to pass on practical knowledge and break down even the most complex subjects into clear, manageable steps.

Tailored Study Support

Everyone learns differently.

If you have a specific learning need, disability, or personal circumstance that may affect your studies, our Student Wellbeing team will work directly with you to put the right study support and learning adjustments in place.

In the unlikely event we cannot fully meet your specific support needs, we will always be transparent with you and help connect you with a training pathway that is a better fit for your goals.

With you all the way

Online learning doesn't mean studying alone.

From your initial enrolment application through to graduation, our dedicated team provides proactive checkpoints, regular mentoring, and reliable human support to keep your career goals firmly on track.

  1. Enrolment

When you apply to enrol, our Service One team will call you immediately to welcome you and explain the enrolment process.

  2. Onboarding

Service One will also contact you weekly for the first 4-6 weeks to ensure you are on track and comfortable with online learning.

  3. Ongoing study

Once you're up and running, your Student Adviser will be in touch to introduce themselves as your main point of contact and support for your ongoing study.

What to expect

Contact from your Student Adviser

  • Standard check-ins

Once a week in your first 4-6 weeks, then monthly or as needed. We'll also send important information by email. If we ever need to talk to you, but can't, we may send you a text message.

  • Additional support

If your study momentum slows, your adviser will step in with weekly or fortnightly catch-ups to provide targeted study plans and help you confidently complete your course.

  • Employer check-ins

For corporate or traineeship enrollments, we keep your supervisor in the loop on your achievements and progress so everyone is aligned and ready to celebrate your milestones as you advance.
