If you need to withdraw, your refund is calculated based on the proportion of your course you've started or the time elapsed — whichever is greater.
Let us know as soon as possible — your refund eligibility is based on the date we receive your withdrawal notice. If you need a break rather than a full withdrawal, you can request a deferral, which preserves your refund eligibility from the suspension date.
