Frequently asked questions

To secure your privacy and protect your personal data, ACCM never stores or holds your sensitive identity documents on our own systems.

Instead, we partner with GreenID, a secure verification platform that checks your details instantly against official government records via the federal Document Verification Service (DVS).

How to verify your profile:

  • Standard Verification: You will just need to input the numbers from standard Australian identification, such as your valid driver’s license, Medicare card, or passport into the secure verification prompt.

  • Alternative Options: If you do not possess these standard digital check documents, don't worry. Simply reach out to our Service One team at service@accm.edu.au or call 02 4210 4590, and we will guide you through alternative options to safely verify your profile manually.

Our team works fast to get you started. Once you complete your identity verification and Initial Skills Assessment (ISA), we need at least two hours to review your responses and prepare for your induction.

As long as those tasks are submitted ahead of time, your review will be fully completed and ready to go right when we connect for your scheduled induction call.

Yes. ACCM is a fully accredited Registered Training Organisation (RTO 1441) and all our qualifications are nationally recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework.

Recognition of Prior Learning starts from $500 and is payable in addition to course fees. You'll receive a verbal assessment of likely success before being charged.
