Course fees

Standard fees per enrolment. Your fee covers all units required for the qualification, including Student Adviser support, coaching, and unlimited repeat submissions.

Invoiced at enrolment with 14-day payment terms unless otherwise agreed.

Traineeship fees

Setting up traineeships for your team? ACCM holds government funding contracts in several states that can significantly reduce your training costs — in some cases to $0.

Only showing states with funded training. If your business is in Queensland, Victoria, Western Australia, or the Northern Territory, standard course fees apply — we can still support traineeships in every state.

  • All new entrant traineeship fees in NSW are fully covered under Smart and Skilled.

Other fees

In most cases, the course fee is the only cost. Additional fees may apply in specific situations.

RPL fees for government-subsidised traineeships may be exempt — let us know when discussing RPL for your staff.

  • Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

    Payable in addition to course fees. You'll receive a verbal assessment of likely success before being charged.

    Applies when your extension exceeds the published enrolment term. Per 6-month period, payable in advance.

    Per missed payment or dishonoured transaction, in addition to any bank fees. Fee collection policy

Cancellations and refunds

If an employee needs to withdraw, refunds are calculated based on the proportion of the course started or the time elapsed — whichever is greater.

Refund eligibility is based on the date we receive the withdrawal notice. If an employee needs a break, a deferral can preserve refund eligibility from the suspension date.
