You may want to consider a formal Traineeship if you see value in a formal training contract or are looking to unlock potential Payroll Tax Rebates (PTR). The PTR is a partial refund of the payroll taxes you have paid on the wages of eligible trainees during the period of time that they have been enrolled in a registered course.
