    The BSB40420 Certificate IV in Human Resource Management qualification allows you to spread your wings by undertaking subjects across a broad range ofHR functions, allowing you to have your existing skill areas recognised, while learning about key HR functions that may be new to you.

    If you already have past experience in a HR job and are looking stepping into an HR managers role, try the BSB50320 Diploma of Human Resources Management as it looks at the overall management of an HR function as well as specific HR responsibilities.  Please note, there are specific prerequisites for the Diploma level qualification, so please check to make sure you meet the entrance criteria.

    Simply login to Webclass and finish the administrative items e.g. ID Verification and USI, and complete the Initial Skills Assessment.

    There are also helpful videos to make sure you get the immediate support you need during the onboarding process.

    After your onboarding has been completed a Student Adviser will make contact to introduce themselves as your main point of contact and assistance with your ongoing study.

    Your Student Adviser will also contact you weekly for the first 4-6 weeks to ensure you are on track and comfortable with online learning.

    You will continue to receive regular phone calls, emails and SMS to check your progress and offer help.

    If we see you getting behind we will increase our efforts to contact you to ensure you are getting the help you need.
